The Pontiac Local Development Centre (CLD) and the MRC Pontiac are proud to introduce their brand new program aimed at tourism operators in the Pontiac.
Armed with an annual budget of $35,000, the Pontiac Tourism Development Program (PTDP) has for an objective to make the Pontiac ‘a destination known for its tourism, its quality services and hospitality, and the diversity of its natural, historical and cultural resources’ as defined in the MRC Pontiac’s Strategic Plan : Vision Pontiac 2020.
Only private sector tourism operators are eligible for the program and the only eligible expenses are capital assets required for the development and enhancement of sites, equipment and infrastructure for tourism.
The maximum financial assistance for a project is $10,000. Certain conditions apply. It is therefore imperative that all applicants read the Promoter’s Guide and the Request Form:
