The project started almost three years ago. At the time, several formative actions were underway in the Valley in terms of community and social development.
It was agreed that a roadmap would be established and that all the players would have common goals.
The purpose of this project is to develop a portrait of Outaouais communities, outlining their characteristics, needs and potential for development. The project is divided into four phases: outlining the communities, providing a statistical and topology portrait of communities, assessing their potential for development and disseminating the results.
